On the occasion of the 125th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence, the Philippine Consul General a.h Wassim Nanaa hosted a celebration lunch with the attendance of Chargé d’affaires Hon. John Reyes and Philippine Embassy staff, for the Filipino Community in Aleppo, on 21 June 2023 at PCG Aleppo.
PHCG Nanaa welcomed the Filipino Community members and acknowledged the Damascus PE delegation headed by CDA John G. Reyes. During the programme, CDA Reyes delivered the message of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on the said occasion.
Later on, everyone gathered for lunch and cake cutting ceremony.
