On 11 August 2023, Philippine Consul General a.h Wassim Nanaa received Damascus PE Delegation headed by CDA John G. Reyes in Aleppo , and arranged a meeting for them with the Filipino community in Aleppo, where they extended consular services and overseas voting registration to the members.
After that, Consul Nanaa hosted breakfast for the Filipino community in Aleppo and Damascus PE delegation at the Philippine Consulate in Aleppo.
A day before on 10 August, a consular outreach was also conducted in Hama city by the said delegation.
